Full Arch Buying Group was created to help independent implant and full-arch practices gain the purchasing leverage, specialized resources, and business support that are often easier for large dental organizations to access.
FABG is doctor-led, focused on the needs of independent practice owners, and built around a commitment to strengthening—not replacing—independent dentistry.
OUR STORY
Dr. Jonathan Theis founded FABG after spending more than 15 years in dentistry and working across clinical care, cosmetic dentistry, implant treatment, full-arch rehabilitation, dental marketing, consulting, and practice growth.
Across those roles, he repeatedly saw independent practices facing the same structural disadvantage: large dental organizations could combine purchasing volume, build specialized support teams, and negotiate from a position that an individual practice could rarely match alone.
Independent doctors did not lack clinical ability or ambition. They lacked collective leverage and an organized ecosystem built around their specific needs.
FABG was created to change that.
HOW FABG GREW
FABG began by bringing independent implant practices together to create greater purchasing power. As the network grew, members needed more than pricing. They needed reliable laboratories, technology, financing, marketing, staffing, legal and financial resources, peer relationships, education, and practical guidance on the business of full-arch dentistry.
Today, FABG connects those elements through one membership organization:
SEE MEMBER BENEFITSOUR MISSION
To strengthen independent implant and full-arch practices by combining collective purchasing power with trusted resources, community, education, and business support.
Independent practice ownership is worth protecting.
Doctors should retain control over clinical decisions and the direction of their businesses.
Better access and better information create better business decisions.
Collective strength does not require giving up independence.
The best solutions are created around the real needs of practicing doctors and their teams.
FABG does not acquire practices or control how members practice. It gives independent doctors a way to benefit from scale while retaining ownership, autonomy, and the freedom to choose the products, services, and strategies that fit their practices.
