About FABG.

FABG is designed to be straightforward: remain independent, access member opportunities, and use the programs and resources that fit your practice.

FAQs

What is a dental buying group?

A dental buying group brings independent practices together to create collective purchasing influence. By representing the combined opportunity of many practices, the group can develop pricing, terms, and programs that may be difficult for one practice to obtain independently.

How does FABG get better pricing and programs?

FABG works with participating vendors to structure member programs around the collective purchasing potential of its network. Programs vary and may include preferred pricing, volume-based opportunities, rebates, special terms, education, service benefits, or other member-specific arrangements.

Is FABG a DSO?

No. FABG is not a DSO and does not acquire, own, or manage member practices. Members remain independent and retain complete control over their businesses and clinical decisions.

Does FABG own any part of my practice?

No. FABG does not take equity, ownership, or operational control in a member’s practice.

Do I have to change my implant system or current vendors?

No. Members choose which FABG programs to use. You may continue using your current systems and relationships and activate only the FABG opportunities that make sense for your practice.

Are there purchasing requirements?

FABG membership itself does not require you to purchase every product or use every vendor. Certain individual vendor programs may have their own eligibility, volume, or purchasing requirements, which are explained in the member portal.

Is there a long-term membership contract?

No. FABG memberships are month-to-month.

How does the 60-Day Membership Guarantee work?

Join FABG and evaluate the member portal, vendor programs, resources, and community. If, within your first 60 days, you determine that FABG does not provide enough value for your practice, your membership fees will be refunded.

Who is the best fit for FABG?

FABG is built for independent implant and full-arch practices, including general dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, prosthodontists, and multi-location groups that want purchasing leverage and specialized business resources while remaining independent.

Can a practice join if it is not currently performing full arch?

Yes. The Implant-Focused membership is designed for practices primarily interested in purchasing opportunities. Full FABG Membership is intended for practices performing full arch or serious about developing that part of the practice.

What is included with Full FABG Membership?

Full FABG Membership includes access to the complete vendor ecosystem, full-arch-specific programs, the private doctor-only WhatsApp community, education and webinars, business-growth resources, and complimentary one-on-one business coaching.

What is the difference between the Implant-Focused and Full FABG memberships?

The Implant-Focused membership centers on preferred vendor pricing and purchasing programs. Full FABG Membership adds the complete vendor ecosystem, full-arch-specific resources, private community, education, and one-on-one coaching.

How do I access member pricing?

After joining, members receive access to the FABG portal, where participating vendor programs, contacts, pricing information, eligibility requirements, and activation instructions are organized.

Are vendor prices publicly available?

No. Negotiated member pricing and program details are confidential and available inside the FABG member portal.

Can multi-location practices join?

Yes. Multi-location practices can join FABG. Certain vendor programs may apply eligibility or volume requirements at the practice, account, or group level.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. Membership is month-to-month and can be cancelled in accordance with the membership terms.

How quickly can I begin using FABG programs?

Members can begin reviewing the portal and contacting participating vendors after their membership is activated. Timing for individual programs depends on vendor onboarding, account setup, geography, eligibility, and any program-specific requirements.

Does FABG guarantee a specific amount of savings?

No. Savings depend on the practice’s existing pricing, products, purchasing volume, vendor eligibility, and which FABG programs it uses. Public examples and calculator outputs are illustrative and are not guarantees of future savings.

Can I speak with someone before joining?

Yes. You can book an introductory call to discuss your practice, current purchasing needs, membership options, and whether FABG is a good fit.
